I know you don't want to rat on people or worry there might be repercussions but almost all towns have noise ordinances that it certainly sounds like they exceeded. Usually just a brief visit by local police is enough to help the a$$holes realize they are too loud, they turn it down but their party continues without major interruption and then the neighbors can actually get some sleep! And I wholeheartly agree that people suck ass. I've been blessed that my place doesn't really have any bad neighbors and I don't think there's a single college student in the entire complex (mostly families and young professionals). I have the same problem you both with bass, which made the dorm halls at tech miserable sometimes, and me very thankful I didn't live in Pritchard Hall when at tech. Next time, call the cops (or have Jon do it), cause parties like that should only be happening in college neighborhoods.. you'll hopefully get some satisfaction getting the punks to quiet down and maybe break up the party. You have my sympathy, and agreement on how much people suck. Now that is a quality rant.
