I'd wait. :) 2.0.1 will no doubt be released in a few weeks with a few fixes. WP 2.0 is cool, great for starting a new blog.. but if you have a lot of plugin tables and custom code, it will likely break. If you just want to have a play - create a duplicate db and run with that. :) .. I’d wait. :)
